Frequently Asked Questions are just that:  those that we often get asked by customers.  We have compiled them and hope to answer the questions you may have about our products, shipping and sizing.  We like adding to this list, so please send us your questions, and they may land up here in the future.


1. What size do I order?

You should fit into the size that you were before your pregnancy, or during your first trimester. Our garments are designed to stretch with your growing belly.  For peace of mind, we recommend you make use of the sizing chart here.

2. How long will my order take to reach me?

Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours after receipt. For orders paid for via bank transfer, however, dispatch will only take place after the payment reflects in our account.  Delivery via courier takes up to 48 to 72 working hours, depending on whether or not you live in a main centre.

3. How should I care for my P&B garment?

To get the maximum enjoyment and use out of your original Penelope & Bella garment, we recommend you wash it with like colours, in a luke-warm wash (30 degrees celsius).  You can use a cool iron on your P&B garment, however, we advise against tumble drying or bleaching.

4. Can I order a gift for delivery to someone else?

You can easily send a gift order from Penelope & Bella. Just indicate in your checkout that the order is a gift and we’ll wrap it for you.  You may write a custom message to the lucky recipient in the “order notes” section of your checkout, and we’ll make sure she receives your message.

5. How do I redeem a gift card or coupon?

Enter your gift card code or your coupon code into the block provided.  You will have two chances to do this, once on the cart page, and again at checkout.  Your totals will now reflect your coupon discount and amended order total.
